The necklace I made for the 2020 Toho challenge was one of the largest and fullest designs I have ever made. Even though the beads arrived in September of 2019, I did not really start to work on it until the new year. Some of the flowers were ones I had made in more simplified form for use in previous designs, but there are also some new flowers included in this piece.
The morning glory design was only possible using Aiko beads as the number of times you need to pass through some of the beads would be too many for any other type beads center hole to accommodate.
The fuchsia are also new for this necklace. I had made some snowdrops in the past and this flower was an extension of that design.
